The History of Stan's

Stan's Sports Center has been serving the wholesale and retail sporting goods needs for schools (public and private), recreation departments, and the general public in the Tri-State area. Raymond Cerritto became proprietor in 1946. Ray prided himself on customer satisfaction and dedication to service. Owned and operated by Daniel DeCongelio since 1996, he continues to follow in the footsteps of Ray as both his boss and mentor. Dan, along with his staff, continue to bring direct and personal attention to their customers. As one of the original and oldest establishments in Hoboken, Stan's has been recognized as a historical institution. Located on Washington street, Stan's is the center/hub of activity all year. Whether it is baseball, basketball, soccer, or football season, Stan's can provide you and your organization with any of your sporting needs.
